Would anyone else like to see WCCP support in Mikrotik? If your wandering
what it is its what Cisco uses for transparent caching. A gateway router
uses WCCP to redirect all requests to the cache. I would like to use
Mikrotik to redirect all http requests to a Cisco 550 cache. A 550 can be
picked up fairly cheap on ebay now.

We have many cases where websites and shopping carts do not work with the
Squid cache. Then we must add a bypass in the firewall to fix each site. A
real pain in the rear and real bad PR. The local Cable company has no such
problems with there Cisco cache. Neither does DSL.
